Who are we?

My name is Dr. Annette Cassity, D.C.

Dr. Cassity has been in practice for 23 years.  She graduated from Life Chiropractic College West in 1999 as Valedictorian of her class, with a GPA of 3.989. She utilizes a variety of techniques including, but not limited to Gonstead, Diversified, SOT, Activator, Thompson, Flexion Distraction and CBP, and Craniosacral.   She uses a unique combination of techniques which are tailored to each patient’s condition, body type and personal preferences. Dr. Cassity practices a true head to toe approach, her goal is for the entire body to function optimally with as little intervention and medication as possible.

Prior to becoming a licensed chiropractor Dr. Cassity worked in Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine and had the opportunity to work with several professional sports teams and athletes including the Golden State Warriors, Oakland A’s, and the Florida Marlins. Dr. Cassity utilizes her physical therapy background with her patients still today, with specific exercises, neuromuscular reeducation and therapeutic modalities to increase the speed of healing and to help her patients achieve optimal state of health and active longevity.
